📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed and ready for shipment within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.

🚧 Delivery Delays

Please be aware that delivery delays can occur, especially during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, due to reduced staffing in manufacturing facilities and among shipping couriers, depending on your location.

 

📨 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

🌍 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ONE Neon™ is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We will do our best to mediate these issues to avoid any unnecessary additional costs.

 

📦 Damages

ONE Neon™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. After filing a claim, contact us and refer to our Refund Policy for further instructions. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
