The lights stoped working. I have requested to fix it. As it have warranty in the product, please fix it asap.

We love the work that you did on the sign …. However we have not seen it working yet as the sign is for my brothers birthday and that is in October 31st . It is reseated and wrapped up !

The sign is great but it did take a long time to arrive. In my case, it would be better if the power cable was white and was on the left side instead of the bottom.
