Terrible. The sign was not available in my chosen text dispite it being offered. Then I changed text, the communication from the company was terrible as they did not respond to any emailed questions, I eventually tried to call the Australian number but had to chat via what’s app. I asked them to send urgently as they said I could do but it was not sent early at all in fact late. The free gifts of keyrings and tabletops were a joke. What was shown as copies of my logo as cut out keyrings were sent as an engraved cheap acrylic rectangle. Completely useless. The conversation was asking the company to make the logo of the keyrings the same neon pink as shown on my artwork and their mock ups. The pink available on my sign is pale and washed out. To top it off it is much smaller than advised. I cannot use any of it. Luckily I paid with PayPal and got a full refund that way as the company was no use at all to try to solve any issues
So stoked with our custom Fluro- such a great light and done to perfection
Sorry haven’t even set it up yet to show you

Absolutely love it exactly what i ordered and what i wanted cheers .
The ordering process was so easy, the completed product is great, however we have noticed that the sign occasionally goes into a flicker mode by itself, this is disappointing!
It looks fantastic. Highly recommend
